Born in Valais at the beginning of the 80s, I was quickly attracted by the discovery of different cultures and new people. I thus chose to accomplish my 2nd year of college in the German-speaking part of the canton where I learned German but also the rules of life in boarding school. I developed my ability to adapt as well as my sociability. This positive experience pushed me to carry out during my university studies a Erasmus exchange in Lund, Sweden. I rubbed shoulders with students from all walks of life and the cultural mix won me over. I met extraordinary people and each one brought me complements to my constant self-questioning.

Once my diploma in economics was in my pocket and eager for new experiences, I started my professional career in London in an American multinational. As an analyst, I traveled to different countries to meet finance specialists. Rich in these links forged around the world, I wanted to find my roots and bring an additional dimension to my human relationships: that of advice and support. Back in Switzerland, I radically changed jobs in order to be more aligned with my core values. I moved to Valais to take up a position in professional reintegration.

Accompanying people in difficulty at a key moment in their life has become my goal.I have taken several continuing education courses and hold a generalist certificate in social insurance, a CAS in job coaching and active placement and a professional coaching certificate. The discovery, then the practice of the coaching method touched me deeply. It was like a spark that sprung up and guided me in my own personal development. I have learned powerful and easy-to-use tools that allow me not only to improve my well-being but also my personal, relational and professional skills. These tools, I quickly wanted to pass them on to the people I advised. Wishing to benefit as many people as possible, I opened the Cabinet l'étincelle, a professional coaching center.
At the same time, I became interested in mindfulness meditation.   I followed the MBSR program (Mindfulness Brain Stress Reduction), or stress reduction through the practice of mindfulness. This experience has brought me a complement in my personal development and allows me to concentrate more optimally before each coaching session.

I like to learn and I am convinced of the potential of each individual. This is what I want to share with each person I work with. In perpetual search for improvement, I completed a new training in coaching and supervision and obtained the federal diploma of Supervisor-Coach. I am a member of an intervision group made up of certified coaches who meet several times a year to discuss their professional experiences and constantly improve their practices. I am also supervised by a trainer supervisor, expert in higher education.

I look forward to getting to know you and accompanying you on part of your journey to ignite your own spark.
